Spa & Sound Healing
What spa and sound healing is offered?
Treatments here draw on the botanicals of this region — copal, aloe, cacao, honey — and on sound. The day often ends with a sound bath: singing bowls and gentle tones that let the body settle without effort.
Bodywork and rituals are Maya-inspired and unhurried, using ingredients with real roots in the Yucatán rather than a generic spa menu. The intent is restoration, not indulgence for its own sake.
A sound bath needs nothing of you but to lie still and listen. As the bowls ring and fade, the nervous system does what a busy week rarely lets it — slows down. It is a fitting close to a day that began on the mat.
What a session involves
- Maya-inspired bodywork with regional botanicals
- Copal, aloe, cacao and honey rituals
- Singing-bowl sound baths at dusk
- Restorative, unhurried, beginner-friendly
